Ingress is the Kubernetes counterpart to OpenShift Routes. We should add support to exposing Kafka using Ingress in the similar way as we do it for Routes. Since the Ingress capabilities for TCP routing are but chaotic, we should also use the TLS passthrough feature.
Unlike Routes, Ingress doesn't allocate the host names. So the users have to configure the hostnames in our CRD. This is the main configuration difference compared to Routes.
