Created by PR #1496.

We need a procedure for upgrading resources from v1alpha1 to v1beta1, and we should review use of the non-parameterised v1alpha1 at that point.

This is required for AMQ Streams 1.2.0. It is not leftover from the upgrade docs for 1.1.0.
