Make improvements to the Strimzi/AMQ Streams and Kafka upgrades chapter following feedback from Andriy after QE testing the procedures.

Documentation for Upgrade procedure for AMQ streams on OCP doesn't look clear to me.
I think that we should add more details step by step as was shown yesterday by Tom during the demo for the support team.
It should be understandable even for person who see this application for the first time. It will save time for the support team and make our customers happier.

Compare the following content and make improvements to the flow of information:

• The new chapter on AMQ Streams and Kafka Upgrades in the OCP docs.
• The Streams 1.1.0 Upgrade Lab (1) and slides (2)
