This PR follows on from the multi-version CRD investigation (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTMQST-760).

Once https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTMQST-796 is done we should use it to "move" tolerations and affinity to the resource template. Should we also move the probes to the pod template?
