Currently, all the containers are using the default image pull policies. Always for images tagged with :latest and IfNotPresent for all other images (this causes chaos because :latest-kafka.2.1.0 is technically latest, but not treated like that by Kubernetes). We should give users the possibility to configure the image pull policy.

In the first step, we should add a global configuration to the Cluster Operator.
