Kafka 4.0 will likely use Jetty 12 instead of Jetty 9. For that, we should update Jetty also in Strimzi. We would also need to deal with the Strimzi Kafka Agent that will need to run with both Kafka 3.9 and 4.0.

https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator/pull/11094 should given an idea what needs to be updated in Strimzi. But I could not proceed with it because of Connect tests. https://cloud-native.slack.com/archives/C018247K8T0/p1738159440266169 has some more discussion on how the Kafka Agent issue might be handled.
