With the OpenAPI v2 dropped within the bridge 0.32.0 release, we should upgrade the documentation mentioning it (the support is now removed, it was deprecated before as in 2.8). The upgrade is related to the release notes and also the "Using 3scale API Management with the Streams for Apache Kafka Bridge" guide where the /openapi endpoint should be used instead of the /openapi/v3 (both works returning the OpenAPI v3 specification but we should revert to use the root one). The upstream documentation is already updated so it can be used for the downstream one.
