As per this issue raised on the bridge https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-bridge/issues/921, the HTTP path label in the metrics hasn't been working for a while actually "breaking" the Grafana dashboard.

We reported that to the Vert.x community on this issue https://github.com/vert-x3/vertx-micrometer-metrics/issues/225 and it was fixed for Vert.x 4.5.11 (and 5.x).

When Vert.x 4.5.11 is released, we have to upgrade the bridge to use it and verifying that the HTTP path label on metrics come back to work properly and dashboard is ok as well.
