Current official document has an instruction to use quickstart(kafka community's chat sample) on openshift. However user does not know how to implement the program itself, and also source code for the chat program is written by scala(not pure Java). So for newbies for kafka, programing guide for kafka producer and consumer with some example is well deserved.
