Every release, we must request a bunch of SPMM components for our errata and product builds to work properly. One of these components is the errata "Product release" which for our most recent release is "Streams for Apache Kafka 2.8" [1]

This ticket is to add this component to the list of things that we request every minor GA release. Ideally we should have one ticket that we open with SPMM with every single component we need for the release at the start of productization process. This will save us confusion as to why builds are failing and time productizing.
