Feedback I got from our call with Bacen is that our KRaft migration docs on RHEL are lacking. It's a bit tricky to write a comprehensive procedure for RHEL and it's probably not something we want to invest huge amounts of time into.

A bunch of sections could be spruced up, reworded but one thing that seems missing and is important is mentioning the inter.broker.listener.name configuration in the initial controller configuration example. I expect most customers will have that set on the brokers and this is required for the KRaft controller to initiate the migration.

I think this can also be deleted at the end (which is something not mentioned in the Kafka docs either).
