Fetch MD5s for strimzi and amq-streams-dist zips from brew
Update the corresponding MD5s of the container modules
Build and test the imaged locally to make sure the modules are using the correct MD5s
Engineering teammates doing the artifact productization will feed these links/MD5s to you

NOTE: ENG might feed links/MD5s of temporary test artifacts from [Project Newcastle (PNC)before the brew artifacts are ready. In this situation, you can still pull and build test RC images with these artifacts using cekit but you must include the url of the build with its MD5 in the artifact section of the image descriptor file. However, you cannot build official Release Candidate images with artifacts from PNC. The artifacts must come from brew.
