The AZP are currently running in ZooKeeper mode (with NodePools) - that's for the regular regression. Then we have KRaft regression, running the tests in KRaft, and FG regression -> which runs the tests with FGs and with disabled NodePools.
The idea was to move to KRaft mode once Kafka 4.0 will be added to Strimzi. However, it would mean that we have just a while to move everything to KRaft remove the ZK parts, when it comes to the ZK removal.
Instead of waiting for Kafka 4.0, we should move to KRaft mode now and create ZooKeeper regression pipeline, which will run the tests with disabled KRaft and disabled NodePools (and remove this from the FG pipeline, which makes it quite hidden and confusing).
