Currently, we have following testcases -> Strimzi upgrade/downgrade with Kafka, then Strimzi upgrade with unsupported and null Kafka version, and then KafkaConnect with Connector testcase, that is really similar with the default Kafka one, the only addition is the KafkaConnect (and Connector).

There is one more issue -> the KafkaConnect testcase (which is really useful) is triggered when there is a FG testcase (specified in the upgrade/downgrade YAML).

To save some time (and also to run the KafkaConnect testcase), we should "remove" the default Kafka testcase and use just the KafkaConnect one, as it tests the same thing + the KafkaConnect upgrade.
