https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-15853 is currently in progress and when it is completed, it has an impact on KafkaConfigModelGenerator that generates config model files based on the KafkaConfig class. KafkaConfigModelGenerator would need to be updated with the new location of the config classes once they are moved.
