Accommodate the upgrade procedure using the installation artifact to the three namespace watching types 

When installing the cluster operator using installation artifacts, we provide three types of installation procedures as below:

• "A single selected namespace"

• "Multiple selected namespaces"

• "All namespaces in the cluster"

However, we provide only one upgrade procedure as below:

It seems this procedure works only for the "A single selected namespace" but not for "Multiple selected namespaces" and "All namespaces in the cluster" because namespaces/STRIMZI_NAMESPACE in the deployment and rolebindings should be changed.
