When using Kafka Connect Build feature, the annotation `strimzi.io/force-rebuild=true` on the Kafka Connect StrimziPodSet can be used to trigger a rebuild of the container image with plugins. This is useful when you want to use updated base image and download new (unversioned) connector plugin artifacts. But this does not seem to be documented anywhere. That should be fixed and we should cover it in the docs.
