We introduced a new netty-transport-native-epoll dependency for ARM (linux-aarch_64), which is not available in PNC.

At the moment, we exclude that optional dependency using a Groovy script, with the effect of reduced performance when running on ARM.

Once this is built in PNC, we get rid of the additional Groovy script in the operators build configuration (alignment parameters).
