After TieredStorage support was added (with custom "bring-your-own" plugin), we should add some simple test that would verify proper function of operator and the feature itself - for example using LocalTieredStorage plugin from Kafka (which would be the easiest option) from https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/kafka/kafka-storage/3.7.0/ and the kafka-storage-3.7.0-test.jar

We should check that it works properly and when we send particular number of messages, they are then stored correctly in the /tmp/kafka-tiered-storage-XXXX folder.
