Few of the STs are failing on OCP because of the NetworkPolicies - because until now the NetworkPolicies with default to deny configuration weren't deployed at all.

But after they were enabled, we found out that some of the application (like Jaeger) are not able to run because of them.

We should look for all the occurrences of this issue and fix them.
