This issue was raised by Daniel in priority discussion with support on 10/31/18. It is marked docs-low because it is not applicable to address for upcoming RHEL GA.

He asked why "Chapter 5: Topics" in the Streams on RHEL guide didn't also apply to OCP.
Jakub answered that it probably does. JS recommended that we consider perhaps breaking into 3 guides:

• Kafka basic concepts - for info that applies regardless of platform
• OCP-specific guide
• RHEL-specific guide
