Some of the testcases in our testsuite need to build Connect image with File Sink for checks inside the particular test. But f.e. for PodSecurityProfilesST.testOperandsWithRestrictedSecurityProfile we cannot use the Build feature on Minikube, because Kaniko's (which is used for building the image on k8s) is restricted to build the image.

So we should add step for building this Connect image for the regression minikube jobs to our nightlies - which will fix these kind of issues and speeds the whole test execution for a bit.
