The initial thought was that ClusterDeployments use ClusterDeploymentCustomization as well as ClusterPool -> when we have to specify Floating IPs for Openstack.

But this is not true and our single-cluster deployments (using ClusterDeployment CRs) are failing.

We should fix this behavior and find a correct way how to do it.
