The manual trigger, which is used for releases inside the Jenkins CI, is currently able to run the jobs based on records in gating repository. It runs a jobs that are not marked as  PASSED.

This works well, but in some situations we would like to run just subset of jobs, or f.e. start with something else (start with feature gate profile rather than regular one).

We should add a possibility to specify which jobs we would like to run to the manual trigger.
