We had a few PRs that added specification of Namespace name inside every call, but there are still some places, where we are using the "pre-set" Namespace.

Few of them are in Kube clients classes -> cmdKubeClient, kubeClient and others.

This task is about adding specification of Namespace name to all remaining methods and classes inside the tests, to ensure that we will always do operations in correct Namespace/
