Currently we use strimzi-tools in our cve jovs etc. but somethimes we need to have opm tool installed and not install it every time. As of right now the opm needs to be provided by https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/x86_64/clients/ocp-dev-preview/latest-4.14/ as the opm client is not meant for developers and serves rather as a client.
