In our strimzi tools image we use for automation on jenkins, we need to set correct maven version, since the one we put there always gets deleted on the repo we download it from, so find the best suitable version, that is now consideret as a core and will be supported for a longer period of time for this image and bump it inside the strimzi-tools repository
