As part of the initial move to enable KafkaNodePools by default, I had to run some tests specifically with -KafkaNodePools option to disable them. This includes especially the upgrade / downgrade tests and the feature gate tests. This is mainly because of how the STs work with using the NodePool resources when the FG is enabled. This should be revisited and we should make these tests also work with the new default.
