This task should document what a stretch cluster entails. It should cover, through documentation;

• the architecture of a stretch cluster
• if upper and lower limits need to be defined, then this task should specify them
• what testing is needed to validate this definition of a stretch cluster
• what would be the cost of running the tests to validate what is specified as 'a stretch cluster'. Note it may be costly to get the infrastructure to perform the necessary testing.
• This task should also consider; how often should this validation be run e.g. every release. The underlying question here is, if we document a stretch cluster, is there an ongoing task needed to keep it up to date and relevant with the latest releases?

There will be a task in this Epic which will look at the testing and validation of what is specified through this task.
