      • [DOC OCP] Explanation of Kafka configurations on whether dynamic change is allowed or rolling restart is required
        • The official Kafka documentation describes "Update Mode" for each configuration that should be updated in server.properties and restarted (read-only) or that can be changed dynamically.
        • Strimzi also uses dynamic changes as much as possible, but there are some differences in behavior from "Update Mode" described in the official Kafka documentation, such as listener configurations.
        • It would be better to describe which configuration changes can be changed dynamically or trigger a rolling restart of Kafka.
          • With such information, users would be able to safely change configurations that require rolling restarts, for example, during maintenance hours.
