The StableConnectIdentities feature gate is being promoted to beta. The basic docs update related to the FG is done as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTMQST-5096. But we should probably double-check if any of the docs related to Connect or MM2 needs to be updated to reflect that it will use the StirmziPodSets by default now.
