Errata

Internal webform for tracking the state of a release, requires input and sign off from:

• Eng
• Docs
• QE
• RCM

For every release, we must create an errata form to help coordinate with the other teams. For general product releases we create a Red Hat Enhancement Advisory(RHEA) errata form. For Common vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) releases we create a Red Hat Bug Advisory(RHEA) errata form. So examples are listed below.

Creating an Errata Advisory

For creating a new errata advisory:

1. Click on the latest advisory type needed from the examples below.
2. On that page click "New Advisory"
3. Click "Manual Create"
4. Click "Clone an Advisory",entering advisory to be cloned. (eg. RHEA-2019:0627)
5. Click "Preview"
6. Click "Save Errata"
