In the last months, we have been fixing LogCollector class multiple times, because there were edge cases, which one did not see at first glance. Unfortunately, when we fixed one problem another problem arise...So this JIRA proposes to cover all cases, where LogCollector is invoked (e.g., something in the test case fails so we should collect info).

There are plenty of situations, which are described in this class. So If one will start working on this JIRA he can take a look at that.
