As discussed in QE Test triage, we should update NamespaceDeletionRecoveryIsolatedST, NamespaceRbacScopeOperatorIsolatedST, and PodSetIsolatedST:

• NamespaceDeletionRecoveryIsolatedST
  • testTopicAvailable and testTopicNotAvailable should be added into regression - with tag REGRESSION - checked and fixed as they were not executed for a long time
• NamespaceRbacScopeOperatorIsolatedST#testNamespacedRbacScopeDeploysRoles
  • Go through the CO installation and check that is doing what we expect
  • Maybe deploy Kafka with Nodeports and check it will be in error state
• PodSetIsolatedST#testPodSetOnlyReconciliation
