As discussed in QE Test triage, we should update the MultipleClusterOperatorsIsolatedST with following changes:

• testMultipleCOsInDifferentNamespaces
  • We don't need to set STRIMZI_LEADER_ELECTION_LEASE_NAME as we use CO in different namespaces
  • We should test transition of the operators between the operators from one CO to another CO and check that exact CO operates it
  • use metrics to check which CO operates what operands
• testKafkaCCAndRebalanceWithMultipleCOs
  • same as for testMultipleCOsInDifferentNamespaces
