We hit the situation, when we are preparing for new patch release (2.2.1) and there is ongoing respin for actual version (2.2.0). Because everything is taken from our properties file on Strimzi-CI, we should add the actual version back. The problem is, that both actual version and new patch version have the same `shortVersion` property - both are 2.2.

This is not needed FMPOV and it can be removed, so we will be able to hold more than one record of the minor version.
