Most of the STs around Connect and Mirror Maker 2 currently depend on Deployments. They often use them to extract the pod selector instead of constructing it it self or check its readiness etc.

As we are moving to StrimziPodsets and stable pod identities, these STs need to be updated to work with it. Once that happens, the StableConnectIdentities feature gate should be enabled in the feature gates regression pipelines.
