Add HTTP and Kafka related metrics

Current HTTP metrics are provided by the Vert.x components out of box. The Kafka related ones are obtained via JMX and exposed via Prometheus.

• Investigate how to get them with Quarkus and Micrometer. See also this tutorial.
• Enable the JMX collector to get the Kafka producer and consumer metrics and expose them via Prometheus. 
• Evaluate the impact on the bridge Grafana dashboard we have in the Strimzi operator repository as example (i.e. do we still have all the metrics? Naming changes? …)
