OpenAPI specification support and validation

The current bridge is “contract-first” from an OpenAPI perspective (using the Vert.x openapi component). Moving to Quarkus we are now “code-first”.

• Investigating the OpenAPI specification generation by Quarkus (see MicroProfile annotations usage) or just keeping the OpenAPI spec file we have today? Effort to maintain spec and code aligned.
• If the latter, how to perform the OpenAPI validation? (see libraries suggested in the previous sections of this document).
