      Based on SP#43, we should remove rest of the JMX Trans related code in Strimzi 0.40.

      This should be mainly the operator code which takes care of deleting the JMX Trans deployment and other resources. The API parts (Kafka.spec.jmxTrans) can be removed only in the next API version.

      This should be done only as part of Strimzi 0.40.
