Based on SP#43, we should remove JMX Trans in Strimzi 0.35. This should include:

• Updating the API that JMX Trans is now removed (it has to stay in the API)
• Removing it from the docs
• Removing the container image
• Removing the deployment from the operator code

However, the operator should still check if the JMX Trans resources exist (after upgrade etc.) and delete them if needed (Deployment, services, Service Accounts, Config Maps etc.). These should be removed only in next phase in Strimzi 0.40.

This issue should be done only for 0.35 as per the proposal!
