We build drain-cleaner as a uber jar:
mvn -DskipTests -Dquarkus.package.type="uber-jar" deploy

This makes it hard to check the dependencies we're shipping and caused us to ship unproductized dependencies in the past.

We should take a look at whether this can be changed
