Currently the KafkaConnect custom image builder does not provide a configuration for the artifact repository authentication in .spec.build.plugins.
For example, a private Artifactory repository may require to provide an authentication token.

Workarounds:

• Manually build the custom KafkaConnect image
• Use a proxy repository that authenticates with the protected one
