Currently, we are splitting the Kafka STs to core and non-core pipelines, depended on package we are actually executing (core and others). With those tests, we are executing also KRaft related tests. It would be great to have pipelines which runs Kafka in the normal mode and then with KRaft mode - it would be more clear and we would be sure that we have it tested properly (without looking into the testing results sheet).

We should investigate if we can somehow specify with which parameters we want to run those tests (KRaft enabled/disabled).
