In some cases, when the Kafka Admin clients cannot be created due to reasons local tot he operator - for example no disk space to create keystore / truststore - it might be taken as the broker being unresponsive and result in its force-rolling. The KafkaRoller should ideally handle this better and distinguished between the errors due to the operator itself and due to Kafka.
