With the current interaction with Cruise Control, the user after asking for an optimization proposal via a KafkaRebalance custom resource, he has to approve it in order to start the actual rebalancing operation.

It would be useful to have a way for auto-approval. The user can decide that the proposal has to be approved automatically by the operator when, for example, some criteria are met.

We should identify the parameters to define approval criteria (any info from an optimization proposal?) and then writing a proposal about how to provide this auto-approval feature.
