Custom login callback handlers, validation callback handlers, and authorizers provided by Strimzi Kafka OAuth library should provide metrics about the callback invocations, and about HTTP requests to the authorization server. Metrics should be exposed the same way as other Kafka metrics via Prometheus JMX Exporter.
