Summary
For ENTMQST-3855, downstream uninstall content was moved to the Deploying guide. To be consistent with the downstream format, make the relevant updates to the upstream content so that it's in the same place. This will help with syncing the content.

The upstream content is updated so that information on uninstalling Strimzi is found in the Deploying guide.
