      Summary 

      Update the Deploying 3scale for the Kafka Bridge procedure in the Configuring guide.
      The steps to discover the Kafka Bridge API service through 3scale have changed.

      Acceptance criteria
      The procedure has been updated and the steps verified by QE.
      The change is ready to publish with the AMQ Streams 2.1 release
