Applications that want to use the Service Binding Operator to get connection details need a single secret that contains all those details. The Kafka Access Operator will provide this secret and make it easier for admins to make the Kafka cluster details available across namespaces.

This Epic will cover the minimum work required to get the Kafka Access Operator useable by Strimzi users. This does not necessarily include adding it as supported within AMQ Streams.
